I bill most major insurance plans. Cash pay sessions are $150.

I work collaboratively with clients to clarify their goals and move at a pace that supports deeper understanding of self and patterns. I draw from NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) to explore and shift long-standing emotional and relational patterns, supporting greater self-awareness, connection, identity, and choice in the present. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma processing and integration.
